Duplicates 6
Full control of Android

Hello Today Android can only see the screen, I want to ask when will be able to control the user screen Android will thank you for your reply.

Best regards

Android more options

The support for Android devices is too poor. When the device is not Samsung then our tool is just an ScreenShot shower.

Please add options to get more info like: Process, Applicacitions running, File Explorer, Wifi Manager, Email Manager, Application Manager. Launch Unistall Apps.

All this is possible to do with others tools out there. But I like too much ScreenConnect. Just the mobile support is too bad.

Remote support for any Android

I know the screenconnect can do "View Only" on Android device. Actually, we want to have remote access to Android devices like TeamViewer Remote Support for Android. View Only function is almost completely useless. We have to talk to the client on their cellphone and the client have to switch the screen back and fork. Our clients find it is very complicated

Full control over Android

Hello everyone ! When will you be able to fully control any android?

)

Not just Samsung

)

Android Control

I can tell this is a very requested feature, but wanted to further the push.

Looking to control the Zebra (Android base) devices in our warehouse environment. Almost all other control clients have this feature, and would be very beneficial in our environment.

Full control over Android

Hello everyone, I would like to be able to develop full control over Android, today I can only see the screen uncontrollably.

Sorry to hear you have run into these issues in the past.
The first issue you mentioned about reboot is being addressed, but because it is a bit of a risky change, we'll be releasing the fix in a release after the new update.

There is an OS level limitation that will reset the Media Projection permission when the device is rebooted, we'll be making a small change that will notify the user to set this permission on device reboot. If a user were to ignore this dialog, we'll not be able to record the screen until the permission is set, in this scenario the prompt will appear on the end user screen when a host attempts to connect.

Are you already sending out beta invitations?

We have started the app approval with the Play Store. Since this will require using the Accessibility functions of the device, we need to demonstrate that we are giving appropriate prompts to ensure that end users are given the chance to decline the setting. Since we had to submit a video, I figured I could share it here, it was created by my engineering colleague, Mrinal:
Accessibility_Permission_1.mp4 - Google Drive

We are making good progress here, so be on the lookout for some updates very soon for our beta testers!

Thank you, looking forward to testing this. We have started deploying tablets so if we could test this soon that would be great while we have a small test group. Thank you for the updates.

I signed up for the beta but didn't get any email. Is there a way to still get in? Nothing in Spam folder either
