Remote printing while using ScreenConnect from a MAC
I'm using ScreenConnect from a Mac to control a Windows PC. The remote printing option is not offered - how do I resolve this?

You can toggle on and off for remote printing on a PC. We should have this feature available on a mac too.

At least allow printing to PDF, with the output sent to the macOS platform.
I would like to add my vote for this. This is an essential feature many remote connection software companies already offer.
So, we had LMI removed from the End User portal only to find out that those who are working remotely from Macs can no longer effectively do so. In today's age, where Macs are becoming a more significant portion of our supported desktops, ConnectWise decided that it was acceptable to take away Mac remote printing support without providing a solution to replace it with. If this isn't implemented soon, I don't think we'll be the only ones looking for alternative RMM solutions.
