Allow host to annotate their screen in a meeting
Partner would like to annotate screen while it is being shared to participants.
User Story:
A partner is presenting his screen and would like to draw a circle around something. The ability to annotate his/her screen would allow this.

It seems like this was planned since all the tools are there in the presenters control panel but they don't actually work. It's hard to imagine why the choice not to allow the presenter to annotate was made.
