Internal note on Clients screen
A way to create a small internal note tied to an end point visible from the Clients screen.

More information will be helpful for this requirement. Is there any use case we can use or an example?
I recently migrated from N-ABLE RMM to Automate. This feature was available in RMM. I used it to record local user usernames and passwords for end points. it was very convenient for remote control sessions. I am also an ITGlue user so I can access credentials there but it is not so convenient. Many of my clients use PCs provided by vendors. These are normally left in a MS workgroup, not joined to the domain but they are connected to the network and I support and protect them. Credentials are not standardized.
