Higher audio quality

I love the product and have been using it since 2015, but there hasn't been single improvement in audio quality since then, which seems bonkers. Just like you can choose between the video quality, you should be able to choose been the audio quality. Seems pretty basic! I asked about this in 2016 and 2017 via email and was told that this was possible.

I am putting my vote in for better audio quality. Helping clients with any type of recording related to audio or media with included audio is impossible with screenconnect due to the poor audio playback during sessions. There is no way to help diagnose issues from the content that you must listen to during sessions. It seems this should have been resolved years ago based on this forum. I can't recommend this product to clients for this reason. I get the sense that the company is not prioritizing adding this feature as there are several request for this in the past.
