Passkey Authentication
A significant amount of time is lost every day with logging in. Would be great if ConnectWise could implement passkeys to speed up access to services.

It is recommended that anyone with privileged access uses a passkey or hardware key to authenticate. Given that your user base is largely privileged users, passkey or hardware key authentication needs to happen ASAP.
