Calendar View and 15 Minute Schedule Records

We would like the ability to either zoom in on the CW Calendar View or expand the calendar so 15 minute Schedule Records are easier to view from the calendar. Currently we HAVE to either hover over the record for a few seconds, or open the ticket to be able to get any relevant data from the ticket. Like Acknowledgement, Location (Onsite/Remote), etc.

Our company bills in 15 minute increments so dragging across a section of time to create a time record or activity is not functional

Surely this isn't what you intended the calendar to look like. In outlook I have my time scale set to 15 minutes and am able to scroll in so that the full 24 hour view isn't taking up all the vertical space in my calendar, meaning the small 15 minute events are more visible in outlook than the full 1 hour events in CW.
