Disable 2-factor auth
To Whom It May Concern:
I am willing to pay extra, sign a contract, swear out and notarize an affidavit, whatever you want, if we can get a version of ScreenConnect that doesn’t ask us for a one-time password every few days. We frequently need to access this system from our mobile devices and getting an email can be a pain. We really have no information that we care about being compromised. But this CONSTANT request for a one-time password is getting to the point of us looking for another provider.
PLEASE allow us to disable this option. We are exasperated.

P.S. I have tried telling it not to trust the device for long periods of time (6 weeks, 6 months, 1 year, etc.), but that option does not work. We are still prompted for a one-time password at least weekly.
