We need to allow users, technician, customers admin - access to reports without - FULL admin rights. These users now can kick us out of our own system.

We need to allow users, technician, customers admin - access to reports without - FULL admin rights. These users now can kick us out of our own system, or better yet DESTROY our system.  We will definitely fail SOC audit.
