Allow Teams extension to have multiple configurations

Currently the Teams Integration extension allows only one webhook. There are a LOT of different session/security events.

I would like the option to setup a couple different Webhooks. This way we can have a channel for the more common things (UAC and whatnot) and a channel for Security related issues and so on. I don't like having it all crammed into the one channel.
