Join Reason Extension Improvements

The Join Reason extension could be brilliant - If it worked properly.

There should be editable options to filter this extension to only apply to specific machines/groups

There should be an option to make the Reason a mandatory field or even a customised area such as allowing for different text boxes for Case Numbers etc.

When the user doesn't have the permission 'AddNotesToSession' they still get prompted, then get an error to say they don't have permission, and then are allowed to connect anyway.
