Good afternoon, this question may have already been asked and answered but can anyone tell me whether or not there is a way to integrate a chat link which will allow users to send a chat request via our support page which happens to be Service Pro?

What you're looking for is the Chat Widget Extension that's currently in development and should be part of 6.1. This will of course allow you to start a chat with a customer from the guest page or add a widget on your own website to chat with customers.
