Alert admin users when they log in, if there is an update to SC Server

Hi Matt,

We've added an in-app message to notify on new versions available. It should look similar to this:

There is an alert on the Status tab of the Admin page.

Yes I'm aware of that, but for every day use, I dont use the Admin page very often, which is why a notification when signing in would be useful.

Is this just the cloud hosted version ,or self-hosted versions also?
