Pinned/Favorited Hosts

It would be great if we had the ability to pin certain machines to a section of the ScreenConnect web app (i.e. top section of the host list). I often have to access a batch of machines for a few days, then access a different batch of machines. Searching for them works well, but it would be great if I could simply double click on pinned/favorited hosts right from the host list.

Thanks for your consideration!

Duplicates 3
Customize Client Dashboard Menu by Pinning Favorite Tasks

I would like the ability to add certain frequent shortcuts like "CTRL+ALT+DEL" and "Send Credentials" pinned to the top level of the dashboard menu without having to search the drop down menus.

Add a Favorites and Recent Tab under the access tab in control

When you are in control the access tab would be more useful with 2 sub tabs

-Recent - listing the last 10,20,50 (set in user preferences) computers you have accessed in control.

-Favorites - each computer has a "Add to favorites" star in it's details and when you click on the Favorites tab you see all of the ones you have indicated.

A favorites Section would be great. Or am I just not seeing how to do this?

when working on a project I have 5-10 units I need and I have access to hundreds.  the naming conventions are not similar.  2 am support calls would be easier if I had a favorites group I could manage.

I Agree with this. My previous vendor did that for us because they didn't have as many features. With all of your features, I can see why everything is not a small icon at the top of the screen. But setting our favorites would be nice.

Would also like to do this  on a per tech basis. Or better yet have a couple of templates for it.  Such as one template/group would see these pinned items as there favorites, and Admin templates might see these.  Then after initial setup, we could change to customize to our own liking.

Also, what is the deal with that grey bar that opens with every session? Can we not disable or hide that? I see no purpose in that other than being in the way.

The banner is there to inform a guest that his/her machine is currently being controlled. To disable it, review the article below

I'd 2nd this.

I tried to setup a SessionGroup to solve the Recently accessed listing, hoping to use a mixture of LastEventHost = $USERNAME, and LastEventType = 'InitiateJoin' and LasttEventTime > $@DAYSAGO, but couldn't find any suitable reference properties.  Perhaps the team can provide a suitable Session Group example.

I think the Favourites could easily be achieved by setting CustomPropertyN and creating a suitable SessionGroup - but again, for simplicity it would be nice to have this built in.

Hello, are there any status updates on this feature?

We have a rather large support staff which would love to have the ability to either pin their most commonly accessed hosts to their console or to have the ability to create their own "private" Session Groups?

Thank you!

Please add the option to pin/favorite a number of machines. I access the same machines week after week and while the search feature works well, cutting out a step and the added time would be great for efficiency. Thanks!
BTW, 5 years seems like a long time to review a requested feature?

Please add this feature. A custom session group works but it would be nice to have it on the sidebar.
