Use cmd switces with ToolBox Programs

I would like the ability to run a program from the Tool Box with either predefined CMD Line switches that are set at the time or upload or on the fly be able to type them in before Screen Connect runs the program on the Guest machine.

An Example would be installing the screen connect MSI with /qn

Would like the ability to do this for both MSI and EXE.
