Partner would like to configure polling interval to allow guests to reconnect faster if server has been offline.

User Story:

If the ScreenConnect server is offline for an extended period, the polling interval for guest clients increases on each failed attempt. Partners would like to configure this so machines can connect back faster.

Duplicates 2
When a computer/agent is offline, polling for online to be a few minutes rather than 30 - 45 minutes

Our end point computers are not always online. When they do have a network connection, it takes upwards of 20-30 minutes for the Screen Connect console to show our computers as online, even though all network functions on the access computers are working.

Allow the reconnection attempt to be a user configurable duration

As per forum post: http://forum.screenconnect.com/yaf_postsm33225_How-do-I-remove-the-increasing-reconnect-timer.aspx#post33225

I have several mobile clients that are offline for most of the day and only come online for about an hour.

If there is something for me to do, I have to ask them to restart the service which isn't ideal as it can be minutes (and sometimes very long) for them to reconnect.

Ideally I would like to be able to configure the retry attempt to something low like 10-20 seconds and not the increasing figure it currently is set to.
