Teams notification reason field
The email notification has a field for the reason entered on the UAC prompt by the user, it would be helpful to have a variable for this in the Teams notification.

That's odd -- this is the extension from the marketplace as well. Please open a support ticket so we can get to the bottom of this!

Nevermind - I see why it's different. Your screenshot is of an administrative logon request. The one I was looking at was for an elevation request. I see this was implemented with the extension and opened up a separate request for further customization: Teams integration customization / ConnectWise Access Management / ConnectWise ScreenConnect
