PSA Integration
Currently, tickets generated by CAM requests are only assigned to one Company in PSA. Since the CompanyID should match, I would like to be able to automatically assign these to the client, dynamically.

Hi! Are your companies in PSA all marked as active? The integration is looking for whether the company is active in PSA, we only match active companies with ScreenConnect records.
Yes, they are active, but CAM, as I've been told, will only assign tickets to one company in PSA. Currently, all tickets are assigned to us, and we have to manually change the company if we wish to assign it to the correct client.
