Billing product and services on 1 invoice
I was told that we cannot bill product and time on the same invoice! I would expect to be able to send a client one single invoice for equipment / licensing they purchase along with T&M support. Also, is there a way to automate the billing each month for T&M services? I have to check and manually bill all time against service tickets.
Hi Bryan, screenconnect is the program that takes control of a customers PC. It's not the billing part. You probably use screenconnect within a different program and need to visit their forum.
