Ever feel like your Access session list is playing a game of Spot the Clone? You scroll through and suddenly realize you've got five machines named "Office-PC" and three with the same MAC address. Well, worry no more — the Duplicate Access Session Finder Extension is here to save your sanity!

What It Does:

This handy extension sniffs out sessions that share the same:

  • Name
  • Serial Number
  • MAC Address

Once it finds duplicates, it automatically creates a session filter and opens it in a new tab— all your duplicates neatly grouped and ready for action.

What You Can Do:

From the new tab, you can:

  • View all duplicate sessions
  • Select one or more
  • Take action (like Delete, because who needs five "Office-PCs"?)

Why You’ll Love It:

  • No more manual hunting for duplicates
  • Clean, organized session lists
  • Fewer headaches when managing devices

So if your Access sessions are starting to look like a cloning experiment gone wrong, give this extension a spin.

Thank you!

Can this extension combine two fields? i.e MAC and Hostname, MAC and IP Address? I've noticed that vmware (for example) will start reusing MAC addresses so certain customers of ours (worldwide) will have the same MAC address from time to time.

Awesome feature request -- currently it only sorts by one of the objects (name, MAC, Serial). We'll look to add the ability to sort by more than one item, and really we could add most of the attributes on the General Info tab, so we could look to add Network Address and Private Network Address.

This is great! I was able to do some cleanup when it was obvious which device was no longer valid when the current device was connected. Is there a way to see which session was most recently connected so all old offline sessions previous to the newest one can be deleted?
