Control who can turn on “require my consent” on an agent/PC by agent/PC basis.
Would like more Control who can turn on “require my consent” on an agent/PC by agent/PC basis, as well as report on who has these options set or not set.

This may not be what you're asking but I'm doing this in Automate and Screenconnect at the computer level. But i had to create special groups where this group requires prompts and that group does not.
Currently the only way needs two things:
1. one (additional) group for putting all the PCs where specific agents should have access w/o consenting
2. one (additional) user permission profile for those agents where the group above has permission to access w/o consent
The main limitation of this is that every agent from this user group has access to every PC in the group.
As long as you can group your PCs into a manageable number of sub-groups and as long as there is no difference in which PC Groups your (manageable number of) agent groups should have access or shouldn't, this can meet your requirement.
