Hello, I have spoken to a member of your team on live chat about users assigned to a role not being able to see the services on a machine. He mentioned that they need the RunCommandOutsideSession to be able to see the service & start, stop & restart them but the users have that permission assigned & are still unable to see them. So your agent requested that I log a feature request.

In that case if this permissions are applied and

still it is not working then this would be feature

request and you may place this request on this

link

Thank you.

Hi Andrew

This is probably a license or extension issue.  Here is the doc for the extension that provides that functionality:  Remote Diagnostics Toolkit - ConnectWise. Make sure the extension is installed, the permission is added for the user, and you have the proper licensing.  RDT actions are only available in the PREMIUM or ACCESS license: Pricing Plans | ScreenConnect.  If you verify these three things and you're still running into problems, please reach out to the support team at help@screenconnect.com.

I think the permission you are looking for is "RemoveCommandFromSession" in the scoped permissions. That permission is required to see the icons for the Remote Diagnostic Toolkit extension for your users
