Auto Consents no longer working

It appears that since the latest updates, our auto consent configuration is no longer working. We had it set up to auto consent in 15 seconds, as well as auto consent if no user process is running. 

This is causing issues as we machines that have no users at them that need to process working to access specific pieces of software or troubleshoot them.

I noted that the previous configured settings were reset as well and have reconfigured and reinstalled the clients, however still hasn't fixed it.

Also using "Backstage" no longer works as it's waiting for consent, however there's no consent request on the user side.

We're also experiencing the same issues in our environments. We don't have an auto consent countdown configured, however auto consent when no user processes are running is no longer working, nor is the auto consent to backstage.
