SC v26.2.4.9623 broken consent to control on MacOS
I’m seeing an issue with “Consent to Control” on macOS 26 using ScreenConnect v26.2.4.9623 on-premise.
The feature appears to be broken on Mac systems, while it continues to work as expected on Windows.
On the affected Macs, both Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions are already enabled for the ScreenConnect client under Privacy & Security, but the consent prompt never appears.
This issue only occurs when “Consent to Control” is required. If that setting is disabled, I’m able to connect and control the Mac normally.
Has anyone else experienced this or found a workaround?
I got the same, i took over a Mac, but the consent part did not show.
I could see the top of the screen, the background, the bar that says being controlled by, the mouse but not the contents of the screen.
Worked fine in the previous version.
