Change or modify machine/device assignments of a user

Is there a way within the screen connect environment to modify the machine/device assignments of users?

Or

Do I have to delete the user and start over?

Not using any integrations in screen connect, not using specified roles, very basic setup, just need to change what machines some users access remotely.
