there may be a command we can type in the command field to bring it to the front if need be also but I've not looked into it. If the customer doesn't respond I move on or contact their superior to have them tell their employee to click on that obnoxious flashing rectangle in the tray.
Any update on this? It would be nice to push/pull data without bothering a user.

So this was considered for a future release a year ago, then crickets? Then again considered? You guys confuse me.
Guys have you considered the extension that will email you and also auto reply? We have out set up to tell them we are not connected currently and will contact them when we are able. It also emails us as stated. The autoreply is right in the chat they just sent and is instant.
Same request here. In fact I believe I requested this years ago and it went nowhere. We need the chat to be in focus as many uses will be oblivious to a flashing tray icon.somehow.
Yeah we're not very happy about this either. We're a paying customer please don't pester us unless you want a bill for the precious second it takes us to close this window multiple times a day.

Sorry I somehow missed this. What do you mean next time you're disconnected? Yes it only alerts on the initial chat, subsequent messages do not notify as that would get annoying. You can set it email on all messages and that is how I had it at one point years ago but it became obnoxious when tech and client were chatting back and forth. This feature may have been deprecated.
