Hi Dan,
There are no plans for ScreenConnect to support other databases. Your database is on the large size, so I would expect a reattach to take several minutes. I would suggest getting with our support team to review your database maintenance plan.

Thanks for the request. We do have this registered, it seems to be coming up more in the past few months. We are assesing the technical feasibility of this, but it looks like the current architecture would not support this, therefore it will require a fairly major re-write.
We would definitely want to get this done, but as of now I do not have a timeframe for when we could begin scoping it out.
The reason that some applications do not display properly is because we are using a custom shell for backstage, and not all components can work properly in that type of environment. With that said, I have heard from a lot of partners who use a portable web browser which contains components that should work pretty well.
We have documented the limitations of Backstage here:

Everyone,
Apologies on this one, we completed this work in 2022 and have updated the documents to reflect this change. If you are on a version higher than 21.15 you can adjust the permissions to best suit your needs.

We had previously attempted a change here , but had to revert in a later version due to some unexpected bugs. We will continue to explore this option but I do not have an ETA.
This can be accomplished by adding HTML to the web resource. In the Administration page->Appearance Tab, find the key GuestWelcomePanel.Message, you can then put formatted HTML in the Custom box and save the resource.

This is something that is beyond scope for ScreenConnect. AFAIK, even MDM's can't apply the recording permission as it must be approved by the end user
