i have experienced same issue today
i agree . very nagging to have to keep reminding users to activate remote printing .
but its not a separate product . we was the founders of this product . and your cloud people are getting it FREE as a extension .
as far as i know the on premise i paid for was supposed to include everything .
very unprofessional to keep bleeding us out .
"make a new one " there thousands out there . Takes 10 min to install . Why would a company like them try reinventing the wheel ...

agree . i could have installed a hundred new forums by now . should have been ready before taken the old one down . dont see any progress .
yes but its crazy to have to join a desktop session first then switch to the command interface .. this has already interrupted the user by showing your computer is being controlled when i had to login to desktop .
why are there not a way tostart the command login from the web interface . i realize it must still connect and login to pc .
but i should be able to start this from the web interface without taking remote control of there desktop first .
otherwise this is useless .

in your second photo . if you goto the advanced tab . then change the driver from pcl5 to the driver of your printer in the drop down . then click ok . you will see same as your first photo .
but for some reason screen connect does not remember and you have to do it each time you reconnect to machine ..
