The easiest way to monitor server status is through our Twitter Cloud Ops account (@CWCtrlCloudOps) or at status.screenconnect.com.

Is there a better field we should tie to in Active Directory? We'll be looking into best practices as they pertain to Active Directory.
The feature to right-click and break out a monitor already exists. However, we are also working to roll out a feature that breaks out all monitors in one click.
