Shawn, is this new? It's been my understanding that Teamviewer for example, doesn't have this limitation as they've been what was recommended by Zebra for unattended access to their Android-based devices.
Can anyone share who the email was sent from or swhite, who do we reach out to if we didn't get the invite?
Can I suggest that you update your sign-up form to ask for both a contact email address and a Google email account for the store -- we aren't constantly monitoring the spam sent to the Google account.
It's also officially supported by TeamViewer and is documented on Zebra's side as well - Allow the remote control of Zebra devices - TeamViewer Support
Setup SAML direct to Azure AD in Control and you can.
@swhite, this doesn't solve the problem if the monitor / TV is simply turned off. There is a similar feature request going for a virtual display adapter (the way LogMeIn does it).. that would solve this issue as well that has had no active comment from CW.
You can do it by creating a session group called "Assigned computers," for example that is defined as "CustomProperty3 like '%' + $USERLOGINNAME + '%'". Then you set customproperty3 on each computer they need to access to the user's email address.
Last step is to create a role that allows the user only to access the "Assigned Computers" session group.
It wasn't exactly implemented as I had asked and I gave up on asking over and over.
At the moment, the system remembers how you had splits set the last time you connected to a system, it seems. It doesn't automatically split unless the last time you connected to that machine, you had manually split them out.
The issue is that the Build Installer screen doesn't filter the available locations by the selected company, for example.
So if you don't know how the locations are specified for a particular client, you can't use the drop-down to match it - because it includes any value that is in that property field for any access agent.
Login should be to filter available locations in the drop-down by the selected company.

Can you have your RMM download the MSI on the fly? We do it that way and then populate the variable as we do the download as part of the download URL. We figured out the format by generating multiple URLs via the client creator add-on and then replacing the variables.
