ASIO/ RMM Search by Serial number or MAC address

While auditing customer computers I found one that I could not find a device name match. I attempted to search it in Asio RMM using the Seral number and MAC address but got no results either way. 

I contacted CW Support and was told that this cannot be done. I can search by use, host name, local IP address (all of these factors can change)

I would like to submit a feature request to allow the ability search Asio/ RMM for a device using identifiers that do not change like MAC address or Serial number.
