Random Disconnects on 26.1.18.9566
Anybody else getting random disconnects after the latest ScreenConnect 26.1.18.9566 update? I connect to machines, then the screenconnect window just randomly disappears having to then re-connect again.

The on premise build is now available, version number is 26.1.25
Please note that prior to upgrading you should review this bulletin for important information regarding the upgrade: ScreenConnect 26.1 Azure code-signing certificate issue - ConnectWise
Note that while this build has resolved the crash issue we are still working on other clipboard issues:
- Unable to transfer copied folder
- Clipboard copy paste between 2 open guest clients fails
- Copy/Paste of special and non-english characters fails (workaround would be to copy to a file or use Send Keyboard Clipstrokes [only recommended for 100 or less characters])
Updated:
1. When you copy and paste, there is a 1-3 seconds lag. It's like the ScreenConnect window freezes then it unfreezes and then the data shows up. If you press CTRL+C multiple times it's easy to repro.
2. When I try to copy and paste data from Notepad on my personal computer into a ScreenConnect session to a Active Directory new user object field, it locks up and says “not responding”.
3. Copy and paste doesn't work after the session has been open for a day or longer. I even closed the session and re-opened it and it still won't copy and paste properly.
Copy and paste issues are still NOT resolved.
Yeah, you guys still have issues with this.
1. When you copy and paste, there is a 1-3 seconds lag. It's like the ScreenConnect window freezes then it unfreezes and the data magically shows up.
2. When I try to copy and paste data from Notepad on my personal computer into a ScreenConnect session to a Active Directory new user object field, it locks up and says “not responding”.
Send it back to the Dev Team to resolve the above issues.
Just saw 26.1.22.9573 (cloud stable) posted and upgraded. Copy and paste session crash still happening.

How are you upgrading to 26.1.20.9571? In our upgrade instance dropdown (we are cloud not on-prem), we only see 26.1.18.9566 stable (currently installed) and 26.1.22.9573 canary. Is there some setting we have to adjust to see other versions to install?
We are an on-premise client, and that is the latest version available for download.
It sounds like that version may not be available for you, I would probably open up a ticket and ask Connectwise support for clarity.
Thx. Also, I'm unable to copy/paste out of a ScreenConnect session that's running Win Server 2019 to a computer running Windows 10 Pro. Tried refreshing ScreenConnect, closing the session, re-opening, nothing works.
