Random Disconnects on 26.1.18.9566

Anybody else getting random disconnects after the latest ScreenConnect 26.1.18.9566 update? I connect to machines, then the screenconnect window just randomly disappears having to then re-connect again.

Seems like after a reboot of the remote device things are more stable. Will continue to monitor.

Disconnected again, must be some issue going on.

If the window is disappearing then the client is probably crashing. Check your windows application logs and share the crash event.

I have had this occur a few times today alone.

Also have a issue with Windows 7 and Server 2008 machines. SC is running, and the agent responds to commands, but no image is displayed upon connection. SC Version: 26.1.18.9566

I'm having machines we connect to disconnect within 10 min or less. This never used to happen until this latest update. Nothing in the windows event logs that pin point any issues. Opened a ticket with ConnectWise to get it over to an engineer to help pin point the issue.

Re-install doesn't work now either. Previously, you could click re-install and it would show a "queue re-install" and that doesn't show up anymore. I can re-pro the disconnect issue all the time.

Our users are complaining that copy and paste is crashing the client. Maybe a similar issue.

I worked with support. We looked at my local computers event viewer application logs. I am seeing application crash. They are working on a hotfix. Unknown ETA. They did say copy and paste could be related.

Has anyone tried the latest version (26.1.20.9571) and can confirm whether this issue has been fixed?

Yeah, it's related to copy and paste. I had a session open and I did a copy/paste just on my local computer inside Notepad and it killed the ScreenConnect session.
