I think the ScreenConnect Desktop Client would possibly work for this. it is in the Extensions and the guest would go to your Guest Page and download the EXE to create a support session.
Maybe even add a filter for the page. and a notes field for each user as we use their email addresses for their login names. that way we can put their actual name in the notes field for reference.
maybe have a whistle or chime when the IM is sent?
I would like a features that works with being able to schedule a tool / process to run on a scheduled time.
would a trigger handle that? I setup a trigger for a machine name so that i know when it is online.
Also would be nice if we could lock down drive access so not all users can see the whole drive. so certain users can only see the mapped out folders/ drives that we want them to have access to.
The Beta Release is still not up to date with the release notes. is this release not going to be accessible for the public.
i agree with @Karl. And I think that this setting should be set to FALSE for default.

the guest would go to your ScreenConnect home / guest page and download the desktop client from the EXTRAS drop down. I do not get an error when running the EXE on windows 7 that you are getting. I am currently on 5.6.10838.5991
