Thanks for your post. This will be addressed in the 5.6 release. Development should have a Beta for testing soon.

This was changed in version 5.6. Now DB maintenance will not run at start up and will only run at the specified intervals.

This isn't possible by time of day, but we can perform this function based on idle time. The adjustment has to be made to this line in the web.config file: <add key="InputIdleDisconnectTimeSeconds" value="3600" /> in version 5.6.
