A New iOS app is being released in Q2 that will give these functions and more. We're putting some finishing touches on it now. Android already offers these features, view only for Lollipop+, and full control for Samsung devices. This is a duplicate of the original request, so I'm marking it declined even the the feature has been completed.

This issue was corrected in the 5.6 release. Now when in full screen the dock menu will appear when you hover next to the top of the page for a couple of seconds.

All things are configurable in ScreenConnect, :-) ...most all things. This would be an option for helpdesks. We try to put in tools that allow you to select your own workflow.

Planned, the decline status was from me goofing when merging two issues together :-) . You should see this in the second half of the year barring a delay.
