Hi John, Thanks for your request. Do your techs have credentials to log into the workstations? If so, will the AutoConsentIfUserProcessNotRunning coupled with removing the HostWithoutConsent option work for you? This will prompt machines for consent unless the machine is at the login screen. At the login screen, it will allow techs to provide credentials to log into the machine.

Here's a KB that discusses the app.config features: http://help.screenconnect.com/List_of_app.config_settings

Please let me know, if this fits your needs.

Would be nice with the Universal Windows App to be able to toggle on/off the mouse when using with Win10 or just allow disable all together. That big round mouse button covering the screen is annoying when you do not have touchscreen and are using a physical mouse.

I've wanted this too, for the same reason. On the one hand, I want to see machines even if they haven't connected in a long time, but on the other hand, I'd like to be able to see that easily. That way we can make judgement calls regarding if a machine has been permanently deprecated, in which case we can End the session, or if it's just an infrequently live system. So yeah, "last seen" would be very handy on the General tab, along with all the other things we've asked for that would also be handy to have on the General tab.

Thanks for your post. We currently allow for each user to have their own 2FA method. Is this request to allow for two methods per user?

Version 5.6 will improve the start up functionality which is the root of the issue. Early builds will start appearing soon for testing.
