It's a plugin. Once that's installed the options will appear.

Checking that box will force the remote computer's chat window in front of their other windows.

Anytime I connect it pops in front of all windows on the remote machine. I'm sure it's possible a developer set their app to also Always on Top so it's hard to say which one might win.

If you're using the clickoncerun apps you may need to clear the cache on the remote machine.

It sounds like you want to view the screen but not move the mouse until after the consent.

This may not be what you're looking for but here's some ideas.  You can enable the following setting to allow the user to require consent or you can force it by the group.

You can also default the Suspend Host Control by default. But... You have to make sure that all technicians reinstall their screenconnect client after checking the box.

To clarify, I'm trying to make the Share Clipboard more like the Suspend My Input button where it only pertains to that one user that toggled the button.

But at the same time still allow admins to block the clipboard if needed in certain environments.

I believe they fixed this issue at the end of last year.

Yes, please give us extra options like mp4. Right now, we're having a horrible time getting the AVI files to play on windows 10 machines unless we install additional codecs or a 3rd party player which is not preferred.

We tried uploading the videos to OneDrive and it can't even handle playing them half the time.

Could you at least provide us a command line option to set the proxy post install? Then users could script the install and the proxy setup. I'm trying to give someone support today and we can't even get access to the console session to set the proxy via the tray even with RDP.

Why does this have to be so painful?
