Ah, I see now! We are looking at adding the ability to set permissions on session subgroups in a future release.

Building extensions for Chrome and Edge would not give us full desktop control. I would recommend using the support session, as the support session is a one time run client and is not installed on the guest machine. https://docs.connectwise.com/ConnectWise_Control_Documentation/Get_started/Remote_support_guide
I would also add that if you have a lot of customers pushing back on installing access agents, you should look at the SOS deployer extension. This extension will allow you to put a shortcut on the customer's desktop that will allow them to initiate a session when needed.

To our knowledge, this is not something that has changed.
