You can view and control Samsung devices from a PC. That option isn't currently available for other Android or iOS devices because of manufacturer limitations.

Can you provide a screenshot or other information? When I click the Forgot Password link on my instance, the resulting link doesn't have Remote Support in it.

The client-side Event Log includes records of Control connections. We'll maintain this as a feature request for something more palatable to non-tech savvy end users. 

You could also use one of our reporting extensions to generate a list of connections to an endpoint and send that along to the customer.

Hi Dominic, 

Are you accessing domain joined computers from an Access session? Access sessions are already elevated into service mode due to the installed agent, so you shouldn't need to enter password via UAC. 

If not, it sounds like it might be beneficial to add agents to these computers to remove that UAC step from your workflow.
