Hi Rommel,

Just wanted to clarify - are you looking to hide the user name on the timeline, or hide the timeline completely for some users?

Thanks!

Hi Kevin,

You can achieve this through Roles and Permissions. On the Security Tab of the Administration page, you can edit a role's ability to view certain session groups. When editing a role, click on the specific session group to configure permissions, including ViewSessionGroup, JoinSession, and RunCommandOutsideSession. Here's also a list of role-based security permissions for your references.

Hi Rich,

We are still actively reviewing this feature and how best to architect it. Security is our top priority, and something we take very seriously. As to what you were told about login auditing when you purchased the product -- we'll have to follow up with Sales and make sure all information is correctly relayed.

Hi Mark,

While we don't currently have a way automatically remove or uninstall Access agents, you can create a session group to corral all machines offline for over a year. The filter is GuestLastBootTime < $365DAYSAGO

Note that GuestLastBootTime is  is equivalent to the Uptime field on the General tab.

Hi Divyansh,

Can you provide a little more information? Control has mobile apps, if that's what you're referring to - https://docs.connectwise.com/ConnectWise_Control_Documentation/Mobile_apps

Thanks for providing that ticket number. In reviewing the ticket, it appears you only discussed your original request with our support team, not the ensuing difficulties afterward. If you'd like to reopen your ticket, Support could take a look and provide some additional feedback on your setup.

Hi srosas,

Might be that you're not using the correct claim in the UserDisplayNameAttributeKey field? Try using this value:
