Might be that you're not using the correct claim in the UserDisplayNameAttributeKey field? Try using this value:
http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/givenname

Thanks for your feature request. Have you seen that you can set guest machines (either Support, Access, or both) to lock on disconnect automatically? This is an option available in the Advanced Configuration Editor extension, under Application Configuration -> Quick Settings -> Lock Guest Machine.

Are you trying to transfer files from an Android to a PC, or to an Android from a PC? I just tested on my Pixel 3 to confirm that file transfer from a PC or Mac to an Android is possible and in good working order.
