You could create a session filter using LastConnectedEventTime < $7DAYSAGO, so you'll catch machines that are not only calling in for the first time, but machines that were also offline and came back online. Hope this helps!

Hi Michael,

Sounds like your problem could be solved by using session group permissions. You can create separate session groups for your higher level techs and control which role has access to the machines in that session group from the Security page.
