Try creating session groups for each of these external IP addresses using the "GuestNetworkAddress =" filter. You can added a name, perhaps the remote site name, to each of these session groups to help organize.

Have you checked out the Limited Page Access extension? With this extension, you can limit access to day of the week and time of day.
