Customize Access list config for each User
I want to land on an "All..." computers list when I view Access so that searches are universal.
Another user wants to land on a specific group for clients he manages.
When either of us makes a change, it affects all users. I'd like my changes to this list order to only affect me.
Automatically close all support session after 72hours
Choice after how long a Support sessions or sessions without connection from Hosts/Guests/Hosts+Guests are closed (Ended) after x hours.
Our support staff have got into the habit of leaving the support session open and never deleting them.. We would like the option to automatically close all support sessions after 72hours.. All these open support sessions are a security risk as anyone can connect to the open session without consent etc...

Update university article - Advanced SMTP settings and Trigger creation
Some navigation info is incorrect in this connectwise university article.
It appears to be out of date, the steps I use to access the advanced smtp settings are as follows:
Click on "Admin" on the left nav column -> Click on "Mail" in the list of menus -> click on the "Edit Mail Configuration" button in the upper right hand of the page.
Also, some notes indicating that it doesn't play well with sending to multiple email addresses in the documentation for setting up a trigger would probably help out as well

Database Maintenance Plan Schedule should include date,weekday,time(GMT)to be scheduled. In Addition it should also included a status bar with loading percentage.
Currently, database schedule maintenance not included date/weekday&GMT Time format schedule. It also missing a visible loading bar to calculate that how long it might takes. Everytime database maintenance affect our user and we don't know how long it will affect.
GET request for Roles from the api (screenconnect/control)
I would like the API to have a GET request that returns all roles along with their session group access and permissions.
Add a Like Button
It's a simple request, no important but User Friendly. If we add a like button then we can save time by doing that instead of typing out a response. Same on the client side.
Screen Snipping when Blank Screen is Active
Product feature request to be able to use Control to make a screen snip that saves directly to the remote system. While blank screen is active normal screen snipping applications will not work due to the way the screen blank is applied. We have had customers requesting a better method of snipping the screen with out having to turn off blank screen or send files from one system to another.
