Receive Trigger notification in the event of Get HOSTPASS
In scenarios where individuals provide a 'GET HOST PASS' to those who are not our company personnel, it poses a significant security risk. This action bypasses our authorization processes for session control, preventing us from evaluating whether external connections to our customer systems should be permitted, potentially jeopardizing security measures."
"I kindly request as an minimum to have trigger notification for any configured Session Group. This notification should be activated whenever someone generates a HostPass link and shares it either internally or externally, including with vendors. It's crucial that I receive immediate notification in such events to ensure prompt action and security oversight.
Isolate sharing of desktop
We would like to disable the ability for the host to use the feature “share my desktop”, when creating a support session. However, we would like to keep this feature in the meeting session. I had a look and disabling the share desktop disables it for everyone.
Could there be a check box added in the settings which allows this option for the session type?

Project phasing and tickets based on Quote products
When converting a quote to a project while having products with a Service class, by defualt the products in the service class are placed under the same phase.
We would like to have te option to create specific fases for the Service products when converting a project. This is because most projects at MSP companies are based on "building blocks". This means each project does not neceseraly have the same tickets and phases, this depends on the project.
With the ability to predefine this in a Service product, we can make sure they will always land in the correct phase.
Account reporting options
It would be great if I could run a report against the internal user database to see things on the account like who has OTP/2FA enabled, or who is a member of what role, etc rather than having to go user by user and making an excel spreadsheet for over 2 hours.
Allow scheduling of Meetings feature in Control
The meetings feature in Control should either be allowed to schedule meetings as its named or be renamed to mulitsession since its not actually a Meeting. No one says hey lets have a meeting right this second.
Screenshot Now Missing
The small screenshot that used to appear to the right of each device is now gone? Was this part of an update? How do we get it back?
No changes have been made, but the visibility of those screenshots can be configured per session group to view, or disabled totally. If you haven't made any changes to hide them, you should create a support case so they can assist troubleshooting.

Ability to consent to a remote connection from a host via a trigger notification sent to an email address
This feature request is to get the ability to consent to connection request from an email trigger.
An example would be something like a vendor needing access to a VM that needs to have the ability of 24/7 access for a 24/7 department but the IT department itself is not 24/7 access and the VM is restricted in terms of access. Meaning not just any employee can hop onto the VM to give consent to the vendor to allow for a connection
Bulk Import Tool Added Features - Add two factor field and the Rules field if they match
I know many has asked for a two factor MFA field yes this would be nice.
were importing from Windows AD to SC. We have the defined groups already as the rule set. If the importer can see there is a match already example be (we use the email address in our rules) that they would assign that rule for this user.
