Transpose Configuration Information into ConnectWise
I think it would be great if there was a way to take the configuration information of a device that you have connected to and be able to have it sync with ConnectWise.
e.g. You connect to a user's laptop and it obtains the device information. Machine info, OS, manufacturer, model, S/N etc.
I have tried to export that information but to no avail.
Sync users between Control and Automate
The ability to create end user clients in Automate with password's and have them sync over to Control.
Simple Code - Session Name and Code Name to be same
Is there a possibility of having Simple code option, so that the support session code creator do not have to do extra clicks to create a support session? Change Code to Name option is there but this will take extra time for admin. Is there a workaround or solution, so that when I type a name, it should become the code as well for that support session. I have seen another post but the solution provided about extension is not actually working. Hence thought of raising this concern again.

Setting custom graphic for the Join Session dialogue
Often when assisting users who have very low computer literacy (users who do not know what or where the Downloads folder is), the step to open the downloaded ScreenConnect Client.exe file can be frustrating.
My request: can the graphic that appears in the Join Session dialogue that appears after a user has entered their HelpMe code and clicked Join Session be made customisable so that I can insert my own graphic with instructions for the user I am assisting?
Clear unacknowledged tickets
It would be really awesome to have the ability to change messages from being cleared after being viewed to being cleared after they have been responded to by a host. That way, tech's have to respond otherwise the chat stays "Unread" There have been multiple instances where our techs clicked away from a message and it was cleared from the unread and they had trouble finding the computer again to respond. This feature would ensure that unless a tech has responded they message is left unread which will leave the notification dot active.
Clear password field after "Invalid credentials. Please try again."
After a failed attempt to login to the Host or Admin CP due to a wrong password, the "Password" field should be blanked out. Right now the password is retained and you have to manually delete the characters to try typing the password in correctly again.
Log in sessions for the month
I would like to see a log of how many times I used ConnectWise in a month's time.
Some kind of log to show my employer that I'm using the software and that it's beneficial to our company.
Outlook AddOn Executable
Hi!
It would be great to get an executable for the Outlook 365 AddOn Integration.
The low ratings on the Microsoft App Page are just about the installation of the AddOn.

Meeting session: enable "Share Clipboard" function
We would like to activate the "Share Clipboard" function during a meeting session. If another participant wants to take control and execute a command that is very long, it is easier if the host could enable/disable "Share Clipboard"
set monochromatic client background
I would like to be able to set the client background to something other than black. It's LOUSY with respect to contrast.
