Ver 6. Need more contrast in menu can we have a theme ( or set of ) that does not have low contrast menus?
I think the version 5 screen were more readable. Ver 6 looks very nice, like where it is going
Audit Log Export
Would like to see a feature where one could export the audit log to a format usable by Excel. This would allow us to search and filter. Would also allow us to send logs to clients if needed.

We now have the Extension: Report Manager, which allows you to create a report and download it. You have the options to download to CSV, XML, and JSON. For information please take a look here.
We also have the extension, Download Audit Log as CSV that would help you out.
Add bulk thumbnail page for quick viewing of all activity
We've caught a few school policy violations by pure luck when glancing at the thumbnail previews.
Moodle used to have a www.moodlersiteurl/USERPIX URL that would show all of the current user profile pictures in an array on a single web page. It would be awesome if we could see all current thumbnails for all computers in one web page.
A quick glance at all of them would be beneficial to us K-12 tech guys trying to control the inappropriate use and probably to other companies.

Requesting the ability for the Report Manager extension to be able to locate/display links to video recordings when extended auditing is turned on.

Disable Sleep and Hibernation on Machines
LogMeIn has long had the ability to disable sleep and hibernation on client machines.
Currently, I am having to issue the following commands to machines to disable sleep and hibernation:
c:\windows\system32\powercfg.exe -change -disk-timeout-ac 0
c:\windows\system32\powercfg.exe -change -standby-timeout-ac 0
c:\windows\system32\powercfg.exe -change -hibernate-timeout-ac 0
It would be nice if ScreenConnect had the option to disable sleep and hibernation automatically or in an automated way for a selection of machines.
Acquire Wake Lock – New for ScreenConnect 5.5. Prevent a remote machine from auto-locking, going to sleep, playing a screensaver, or hibernating. If you forget to select the “Release” button, the wake lock will automatically release when you close the host client window.

Ability to force SC client to try to reconnect when "waiting to retry" is taking too long
Hello,
Many times I come across clients that for whatever reason did not have internet access when the SC client was loaded, therefore making the client stay in a "waiting to retry" mode for several minutes. I would like the ability for the client to be able to force a retry, or at least the ability to configure a shorter "waiting to retry" time.

Show current clipboard in Helper Tab
It would be great if whatever is in your clipboard was displayed (like a 30 char snippet...) in the Helper tab/rollout so you can see what you are going to get when you hit paste/ctrl-v on the client side.
Disable "your computer is being controlled by" while keeping tray icon visible
Please add the ability to hide the banner for "your computer is being controlled by..." while still allowing the system tray icon to appear.
