Notification to the remote client that support session is not closed
When support host disconnects but the session remains open - we suggest to add an option to display to the remote client a message saying that the session is active and he need to terminate it at his end if he wants.
Own session permissions in All Sessions view
In older versions, a user could edit his own session even in the All Sessions view. Would like to have that back!
Something like: In All Sessions view, if logged in user = host $username then set permissions like My Sessions on session
Extensions for Chrome and Edge
We have noticed that customers are reluctant to download and install exes. It will be much more safer for the end-user to add as extension for Chrome and Edge
Automate Scripts in Control toolbar
Would be nice to have an integration that puts Automate scripts in the Control toolbar

Search Notes field in Activities under Companies
Search Notes field in Activities under Companies. Would like to search for words (or anything) that are found in Notes under Companies/Company Name/Activities/Summary.
Provide available search strings for searching. (eg: using wildcards, AND, OR, etc)
Add Item Description column to Sales Orders/Sales Order/Products screen.

When you are under Sales/Sales Orders/Sale Order (number)/Products screen I would like to see Item Description as an available column.
Currently one has to go further into Product ID.

Add feature to update the status page to follow PCI standards
The External Accessibility Check page fails now - and we believe it's because TLS 1.0 has been disabled for PCI. Can you change the test to pass for that since it's an industry standard?
