Ability to add a Note when building installer.
We want the ability to add a note to an installer so that when it is installed it can be seen directly in the session group.
to be able to filter on this forum by status of enhancement requests
It would be nice to have a way to see all the enhancement requests that are "started" and "completed" with a filter instead of going through the pages.
You can now filter by status - note "Other" under "Active" shows issues in "Pending Review"
Client Download - It's too Big!
It wasn't that long ago that the Client Side download was less than 1.4MB. The latest version has "groaned" to 2.9MB (Up from 1.7MB in version 6.0). What happened to the art of efficient programming? Not everyone who needs support are fortunate enough to have FTTP - I have many customers running with less than 2Mb/s.
Maintain search criteria while switching groups
I consider this a bug because it really hampers production and quick use of the product when you have thousands of machines.
If I'm in "All Machines" and have an active search for "foo", when I switch to another group, my active search for "foo" is cleared and it shows all machines in the new group I switched to.
I would like it to retain my search criteria while switching between groups.
Block rogue connections by MAC or IP address
We are seeing rogue workstations in the control panel after adding our executable to our screenconnect page. I have removed them but they keep coming back. I would highly suggest you at the very minimum update the software to be able to block these connections by their IP and MAC address. This would keep them from showing up in the control panel. Image if this were an enterprise customer and they pushed the installer out to 2000 endpoints. That would make a mess of my account.

The problem you're having can be solved by using a session group to capture these unauthorized machines. You can use the filter, NOT $OTHEROR to do this.
Disable "Switch Session Login" feature for select users
We provide some clients/vendors with remote access to our managed systems via ScreenConnect through the LabTech portal (unattended agents)
On the support side, we are very excited about the ability to switch session login to a different session - however; for clients/vendors we have given remote access to, this is a HUGE problem; we need to be able to restrict this feature by ScreenConnect/LabTech user ~ so when we provide clients/vendors with remote access to their systems, if the system they have access to is an RDS/Terminal Server - they only have access to the console session; NOT other users.
multiple Page.Background:
Can you guys consider the following feature:
multiple background pages that automaticly switch after 5 or 10 sec for exmaple.
And also that the page also wil open a difrent pic everytime when the page opens like a shuffle function or something. Maybe also add the abilty to link a video in de backupground
Include ability to add custom text above, below, or beside the guest login screen
We want to be able to include additional text, general marketing content, and/or hyperlinks specific to our company. WYSIWYG Text Editor would be nice.
Ability to adjust host dashboard login duration for cloud instance.
Seems that during idle periods when waiting on a session - we have to re-login. Would like to have the ability to stay logged in for a bit longer.

If you have an on-premise installation you can extend the time by editing the MaxLongestTicketReissueIntervalSeconds in your web.config file. If you're a cloud partner we have an upcoming update to the web.config extension to have MaxLongestTicketReissueIntervalSeconds available.
Prompt agent when using older client
I have discovered that several of my agent were generations back on their downloaded client, they would just urlLaunch and not realize they were using an older version. I had one today who was still on 5.4 while we are on 6.0.
Maybe there should be a prompt for agents when they urlLaunch a session that if they are not using the latest app to download the latest.
